Crumbly Saffron Busserl

Ingredients:

1 pinch of Saffron

1 tablespoon of castor sugar

Grind these ingredients until powdery

Add 1 tablespoon of hot water, mix and set aside

Stir occasionally to bring out the colour and flavour

70 grams unsalted butter

140 grams castor sugar

70 grams hazelnuts, grated

2 rows of milk chocolate, grated



Method:

Knead all of these ingredients and the saffron mix quickly into a smooth

dough

Line a tray with baking paper and put the dough into a piping bag

Form little mounds on the tray and bake until golden brown at 180 C


Whilst doing all of these activities, it is highly recommend to have a cup of tea and/or a big

glass of wine!
