Trentham Fields’ saffron is locally grown using chemical-free products. The saffron farm is located just outside of historic Trentham, with each flower exquisitely hand-harvested, dried and packaged.
 
Saffron provides a vibrant colour and unique yet subtle flavour to a variety of sweet and savoury culinary dishes. In addition to its culinary value, saffron is used in cultures throughout the world for medicines, cosmetics and fabric dyes.
